All Sales are Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, however we do offer exchanges. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Any Custom Items such as Name Tapes, Dog Tags, or Any Sewing cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are one time use or have been partially used such as Light Sticks or Water Purification Tablets. To complete your exchange, contact us through email, chat, or phone, so we can discuss shipping, problems, & the item you would like to exchange it for.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 302 East Main Street, Grand Prairie, Texas 75050.
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, & UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 302 East Main Street, Grand Prairie, Texas 75050. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
